Nestled in the heart of a rich and sun-drenched terroir, La Biscuiterie de Provence is above all a beautiful family story, where tradition meets modernity to bring to life a palette of sweet delights. With passion and care, the Fabrique crafts more than 150 recipes of sweet and savoury biscuits and cakes, as well as confectionery and chocolates that celebrate flavour in all its forms. Its organic and gluten-free ranges reflect a sincere commitment to quality and well-being, without ever compromising on indulgence. Rooted in an almond-based heritage passed down since 1833, and carried forward by six generations of enthusiasts, La Biscuiterie de Provence has established itself as a true house of excellence. Its generous recipes are created from noble and 100% natural ingredients, free from additives, colourings, preservatives or palm oil. Each raw material is carefully selected, giving priority to local producers, out of deep attachment to the rich and inspiring Provençal land. In 2019, La Biscuiterie de Provence expanded its universe by welcoming the French brand Le Petit Duc, born in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. This union opened the door to new exceptional delicacies: calissons de Saint-Rémy, nougats, confectionery and chocolates now enrich its unique creations. Each product tells a story of passion, generosity and taste, inviting you to indulge in the art of true gourmet pleasure.
