How does lead tracking work within the team?
How can I view and export the leads I generated?
The leads collected as part of the Lead Management product are accessible via the event app under 'Networking-Contacts':
- Under 'Company Contacts', authorized users can view all contacts generated by their team.
- The export function allows you to download all company leads as a CSV file – including the information 'First tracker', timestamp and team notes.
- Important Note: Notes from other team members are only visible in the CSV export, not in the app itself.
- The exported data can be used for follow-up or for import into your own CRM systems.
Is it possible to transfer the tracked leads directly into my CRM?
Yes, please contact our sales colleagues. Lead Management Ultimate offers the option to transfer the tracked leads directlyinto your own CRM via an interface.
