The companies publishing the press releases in each case are responsible for the content of the press releases. They shall indemnify Koelnmesse GmbH against any claims by third parties arising in connection with the use of the online press boxes. This exemption shall apply in particular to infringements of copyright and trademark law. It remains in effect even after the press release concerned has been removed from the online press boxes.
