Multiply fruity fusions, surprisingly sparkling: Cavendish & Harvey presents creative new products at ISM 2026

Kaltenkirchen, December 2025 – At ISM 2026, Cavendish & Harvey will present two innovative products that combine multisensory enjoyment with modern design. With its ‘Fruit Fusion Mini Drops’ and ‘Fizzy Fruit Drops’, the company is responding to current consumer trends and setting new trends in the premium candy segment.

Trend 2026: Enjoyment that appeals to all the senses
With its new varieties, Cavendish & Harvey is responding to the growing demand for products that go beyond classic flavours. The Mintel Future Report 2026 identifies multisensory moments of enjoyment as one of the key food trends. While Fizzy Fruits delights with a surprising new taste experience, Fruit Fusion combines two fruit combinations in one drop, which merge into a harmonious taste in the mouth. The particularly small drop format ensures a light, modern way of snacking. Both new products appeal to consumers who appreciate variety and special moments of enjoyment.

Fruit Fusion Mini Drops – double fruity fusion in one tin
Cavendish & Harvey is breathing new life into the classic golden tin with its new Fruit Fusion Mini Drops. The new varieties combine three surprising fruit combinations and real fruit juice to create intense taste experiences: pineapple & mango and passion fruit & raspberry, blueberry & peach and cherry & banana, as well as apple & lime and pear & grapefruit. The particularly small drop size and colourful design give the range a modern and youthful character, while appealing to consumers of all target groups. The Fruit Fusion Mini Drops will be available from January 2026 in 130 g tins at an RRP of €2.69 per tin.

Sparkling, fruity, surprisingly different: Fizzy Fruit Drops
With the new Fizzy Fruit Drops, Cavendish & Harvey is expanding its glass range with an innovative creation that reinterprets the familiar effervescent sensation in a surprising way. The five varieties – lemon, peach, orange, strawberry and cherry – impress with real fruit juice, intense fruit flavour and a delicate, long-lasting fizz. The pastel-coloured candies come in a decorative jar that combines modern design with a touch of nostalgia – a real eye-catcher, both at the point of sale and at home. Fizzy Fruit Drops are available in two jar sizes, 270 g (RRP €3.49) and 850 g (RRP €7.49), and will be available in stores from January 2026.

Brand strategy: tradition meets innovation
As a traditional premium brand, Cavendish & Harvey has stood for quality, reliability and enjoyment ‘Made in Germany’ for around 50 years. With its new products, the company is demonstrating how these values can be successfully carried forward into the future. For Cavendish & Harvey, innovation does not mean replacing the popular classics that have been delighting users for decades, but rather expanding them in a contemporary way with new ideas and creative concepts – through unique recipes, fresh flavour ideas and a keen sense of consumer trends.
‘With our new products, we are demonstrating how closely tradition and innovation are linked at Cavendish & Harvey,’ says Frank Gemmrig, Managing Director of Cavendish & Harvey Confectionery GmbH. ‘Our new products combine proven quality with creative flavour concepts, delighting long-standing customers while also appealing to new target groups. This allows us to position ourselves clearly in a dynamic and trend-conscious market.’

At the point of sale: high-quality presentation for maximum visibility
The innovative strength is evident not only in the products themselves, but also in their presentation at the point of sale. Cavendish & Harvey will continue to offer retailers compelling concepts for secondary placement and impulse buying in 2026. The new products will be presented in a flexible pop-up display that can be individually adapted to product quantities and impresses with its high-quality appearance and colourful design. The new products thus make a strong impression at the POS and attract attention with their high-quality design and eye-catching displays – from the iconic tin to the decorative jar.

New product launch at ISM 2026
From 1 to 4 February 2026, Cavendish & Harvey will present the new varieties to an international trade audience at ISM in Cologne. The trade fair appearance in Hall 10.2, Stand G-31, invites visitors to experience the new products in all their diversity on site.
